Founder, Managing Trustee
Hi, I’m Lavlesh. My journey with Integral Education began as a student at Mirambika School in Delhi, a free-progress learning space that has shaped not just my work but my life as a whole. That foundation continues to guide everything I do at The Integral School (TIS).
At TIS, my role is to help the school grow into its next phase of evolution, drawing from my lived experience with Integral Education. It’s not just theory—it’s something I’ve experienced deeply, both in the classroom and beyond.
Professionally, I hold a postgraduate degree in Business Management and bring over 25 years of work experience. Alongside my full-time commitment to TIS, I also teach Professional Ethics in Engineering at IIT-Delhi.
Trustee
Hi, I’m Prakash. I bring over 23 years of experience in Human Capital Management, with a background in Business Management from XLRI.
What truly drives me, though, is my aspiration to help revive Indigenous education—something I believe holds the potential to shape a more conscious and evolved humanity.
I’m a practitioner of Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga and spend much of my time exploring Indian history and yogic sciences. For me, learning and inner growth go hand in hand—and I enjoy weaving those threads into everything I do.

I graduated with a degree in engineering and began my professional journey as a software developer at Robert Bosch India in Coimbatore. However, it was during a career break—while spending meaningful time with my children—that I discovered a deep interest in early childhood education.
Watching young children learn, grow, and express themselves sparked something within me. I became curious about how foundational years shape a child’s development and how thoughtfully designed learning environments can make all the difference. This growing passion led me to explore pre-primary education more deeply, and I’m excited to now be part of a space where I can support and nurture young learners during their most formative years.

Hi! I come from a Humanities background at Glendale Academy and went on to complete my Bachelor’s in Graphic Design & Multimedia. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and I love bringing that into my work as a teacher at The Integral School.
At school, I focus on holistic, child-centered learning—where curiosity, imagination, and independent thinking are at the heart of everything we do. My design background helps me create engaging, visually rich experiences that make learning both joyful and meaningful.
I enjoy building a warm, inclusive classroom where children explore, express, and grow. I believe learning should connect with real life and inspire kids to ask questions and think deeply. As an educator, I’m always learning too—open to evolving, experimenting, and doing my bit to make a lasting impact on each child’s journey.
Administration
Hi, I’m Ankush, and I handle administration at The Integral School. I’m usually the go-to person when something needs to be taken care of.
I enjoy being part of the school community and have built a special connection with the children.
I’ve started discovering the facilitator in me—and I’m excited to see where that journey takes me!

Hi, I’m Komal, and I currently facilitate Social Studies at The Integral School (TIS). I’ve done my B.A. from Calcutta University and recently completed my Master’s in Political Science from Hyderabad Central University.
My academic journey has taken me through Political Science, History, Geography, and Environmental Science—subjects I love weaving together.
What drew me to TIS is its deep belief in education as a lifelong process, and its genuine commitment to seeing each child as a unique individual.

Hi, I’m Munisha. At The Integral School, I wear two hats — one as a facilitator and the other as part of the administration team. I primarily work with children aged 7 to 8.
I bring with me 14 years of diverse experience across consulting, teaching, and administration. A significant part of that — eight years — was spent teaching at Mirambika, Delhi, a Free Progress School inspired by Integral Education philosophy.
I hold a postgraduate degree in Public Health Nutrition from Lady Irwin College. I also worked as a professional nutritionist. My journey into education began at Mirambika, and it’s been a meaningful path ever since.
Kitchen
Hi, I’m Sanjay, and I make sure everyone’s belly is happy at The Integral School! I take care of the kitchen—managing everything with care and always keeping in mind everyone’s unique tastes.
Beyond the kitchen, I love being part of the school community. Whether it’s joining morning games or helping during events, I’m always ready to pitch in.
You’ll often find me volunteering wherever needed—because for me, this school feels like home.

Hi, I’m Subathra, and I love working with 10 to 12-year-olds at The Integral School. It’s a joy to explore different subjects with them—whether it’s math, geography, history, or science. I believe that learning isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. Each child is unique, and I try to give them the personal attention they need.
I graduated in Civil Engineering from Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, and worked as an AutoCAD designer in Chennai. My shift into education came from a desire to be part of something more meaningful—and I’ve found that in teaching.

With over 20 years of experience in communications, operations, and client engagement, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse sectors—including education, banking, luxury home décor, and bespoke couture.
My educational background includes a Diploma in Business Management from TAFE, Sydney (NSW, Australia) and a Bachelor’s in Business Management (Accounting) from Central Queensland University. These have given me a strong foundation in structure, systems, and service—skills I now enjoy applying within the school environment.
I care deeply about creating positive, responsive spaces where communication flows easily, and where every parent, child, and educator feels heard and supported.

I’ve had the joy of working with children in both conventional and alternative learning spaces. At The Mother’s International School, New Delhi, I taught Science and Math to young learners, creating lessons that sparked curiosity and critical thinking.
Earlier, my time at Mirambika – A Free Progress School shaped my approach as an educator. Working with 6–10-year-olds in a self-directed, integral learning environment helped me see education as a journey of exploration, connection, and inner growth. I loved designing real-world projects, encouraging hands-on research, and creating space for children to learn at their own pace.
Every experience has reaffirmed my belief in child-led, meaningful learning — and I continue to learn just as much from the children as they do from me.

Hello! I’m someone who’s always been curious about how people grow, connect, and learn—especially children and families. I studied Home Science (Hons) with a specialization in Human Development and Family Studies, which gave me a strong foundation in child development, parenting, family relationships, and education.
To understand the bigger picture, I went on to do a Master’s in Public Administration, and later completed a B.Ed., which has helped me bring both heart and structure into learning spaces.
What matters most to me is creating meaningful environments—where children feel safe and curious, and families feel supported and understood.
