About the event
There is one pivotal shift, and that shift is towards a future driven and led by something not natural for us, out of the scope of our biology, and that is Technological Singularity. What is it, how is it already impacting us, and how is it likely to shape the human future on this planet? Apart from addressing these questions, we will also be discussing in greater detail the impact Social Media and Audio-Visual media are having on our children.
The discussion is part of The Human Consciousness Project, which is about creating awareness of what is happening with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (rapid technological advancement in the 21st century) and its impact on human beings, learning, and growing.
The talk will include a multimedia presentation on:
- Technology and us
- The big disruptions on our timeline
- Social Media and its impact
- Smart or conscious future?
